Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ABBEY-LEIGH DAWN FOUCHE. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact us at service@faradvexyn.shop or call +61 3 6396 9356 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping

We will provide return instructions once your return is approved. Where the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, thawed or incorrect item, we cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

Because our seafood is perishable, please inspect your order on arrival. If any item is damaged, thawed, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
